SHIPPING POLICY

All orders must be billed to and shipped to locations within the United States or United States Territories. Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). All ship times include 1–2 days of processing. Orders are unable to be canceled or changed once they are in processing status. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method. We do not ship to addresses with a P.O. Box. You must provide a physical address for delivery. To track an order already placed, simply call 180º Essentials SkinCare customer care at 347-954-9023, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm est and we will be happy to track your package for you.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns & Refunds 

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your 180º Essentials SkinCare purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. Due to COVID-19, ALL sales are final. Products may only be returned if any part of the container is deemed defective and inhibits proper dispensing of the product purchased. Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Any attempts to return products ordered beyond this guaranteed time frame will not be refunded, credited or replaced. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations 

Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order by 180º Essentials SkinCare. We may require additional information, and all orders are subject to product availability. We do not authorize the purchase of our products for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or that may otherwise appear fraudulent. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders and/or quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Additionally, we may cancel orders without notice due to insufficient supply, your noncompliance with offer terms, lack of bank authorization, system error, if your IP address is linked to a non-U.S. country, your use of a non-U.S. credit card, inability to verify your shipping address, any unforeseen problems, or for any other reason in Hair 180°’s sole discretion. *Orders are unable to be canceled or changed once they are in processing status.
